Our Colorbond Fencing is Strong, Stylish, and Simple
Colorbond Fencing Suits Every Home
There’s a reason Colorbond is the go-to boundary fence on the Central Coast. It’s solid, it’s private, and once it’s in there’s next to nothing to look after: no painting, no oiling, no replacing palings. Here’s a closer look at the benefits of Colorbond fencing.
Because a Colorbond fence doesn’t need repainting or patching panel by panel, it often works out an economical choice over the life of the fence compared with a standard timber boundary fence.
We supply and install Colorbond fences and gates right across the Coast, in a range of colours, panel styles and heights to suit your home. Colorbond also sits well alongside other styles. Plenty of homes run Colorbond down the sides for privacy and finish the front with aluminium slats for street appeal.
Got a steep or sloping block? That’s normal around here. We step or rake the panels to follow the fall of the land, and tight, bushy sites with limited access don’t put us off.
Why Choose Colorbond Fencing?
Here’s why so many Central Coast homeowners go with Colorbond:
- Made in Australia by BlueScope, to Australian Standards
- Won’t rot, warp or get eaten by termites
- A wide range of colours, including BlueScope’s 15 core fencing colours
- Low maintenance: a rinse with fresh water now and then, more often near the beach
- Solid, gap-free panels with no footholds, for privacy and security
- Non-combustible steel, a smarter choice than timber for bushfire-prone blocks
- Backed by a BlueScope material warranty

Colorbond Fencing Offers More
Colorbond gives you security and good looks without trading one for the other. The panels are solid, there’s nothing to see through or climb on, and a properly installed fence has no gaps along its length.
It’s also built for Coast conditions. It won’t rot and termites can’t touch it. If you’re close to the beach, hose the fence down with fresh water every few months to wash off salt, and keep soil, mulch and garden beds off the bottom of the panels. Look after it like that and it’ll look after you.
For homes in bushfire-prone parts of the Coast, it’s worth knowing that Colorbond steel is non-combustible. Research by the CSIRO and Bushfire CRC, published by BlueScope, found steel fencing gave homes better protection in bushfire conditions than the other fence materials tested.
Decide Your Colour & Arrange A Quote
Scroll down to see the colours available. Not sure which one? Tell us the colour of your roof, gutters or trim and we’ll talk you through options that tie in when we come out to measure. If it’s a shared boundary, keep in mind a Colorbond fence is the same colour on both sides, so it’s worth agreeing on the colour with your neighbour first.

Colorbond Fences FAQs
It’s Australian-made steel that won’t rot or attract termites, needs very little maintenance, and gives you solid privacy and security. It comes in a wide range of colours and is backed by a BlueScope material warranty.
Yes. You choose the colour, panel style and height, and we can match a gate to the fence. On sloping blocks we step or rake the panels so the fence follows the land.
Absolutely. We supply and install Colorbond gates in the same colour and profile as your fence, so they read as one clean line.
Colorbond is made for Australian coastal conditions, but salt still needs washing off. Rinse the fence with fresh water every few months, more often if you’re close to the surf, and keep soil and mulch off the panels.
Generally not. Colorbond panels, posts and rails are the same colour on both sides. Painting one side is possible but reduces durability and voids the BlueScope warranty, so it’s best to agree on a colour together.
Often not. A boundary fence up to 1.8m behind the front building line is usually exempt development in NSW, but front fences, pool barriers, heritage areas and bushfire-prone lots can have extra rules. We’ll flag anything that applies to your block when we measure up.
It depends on the length of the run, the slope of the block and whether an old fence needs removing first. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote, and we stick to it.
